We obtain your personal data primarily from you. You provide us with your data when registering on our website (www.uniqskills.co.uk) or subscribing to the newsletter. We receive additional personal data, e.g. regarding your registered office address or your tax identification number, from you in connection with the sale of publications, software or training through our website. We also obtain your data in connection with your complaints and as part of your contact with us via the Customer Service Office. HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The period for which we process your personal data depends on the purpose of processing. And so respectively:
a) Registration on our website – for the period you are registered – until you unsubscribe from the website. After this period, we will process your data for purposes related to the accountability of our activities, which we are obliged to do by the provisions on the protection of personal data and for the period of limitation of your claims, but not longer than 6 years.
b) Marketing messages by e-mail or telephone – until you withdraw consent. After this period, we will process your data for purposes related to the accountability of our activities, which we are obliged to do by the provisions on the protection of personal data and for the period of limitation of your claims, but not longer than 6 years.
c) Implementation of sales – for the duration of the contract. After this period, we will process your data for purposes related to the accountability of our activities, to which we are obliged by the provisions on the protection of personal data and for the period of limitation of your claims, but not longer than 5 years.
d) Answering questions – if you are a registered user of the website – for the time referred to in letter a) above. If you are not a registered user of the website – for the time necessary to provide the necessary explanations and answers.
e) Obtained data on how you use our services (via cookies) and data processed in our marketing database – throughout the period when you are our customer and later for a period of 5 years from the time when you ceased to be our customer (you stopped using the services we provide and did not make purchases in our stores).
WHO IS THE RECIPIENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We transfer your data only if it is necessary to provide the services you order. We do not sell your data, we do not commercially share your data with third parties.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

We process only the data that is necessary to achieve the respective purpose of processing. For each process, we conducted an analysis of the fulfillment of this rule.

WHAT CONSENTS DO WE COLLECT?
As part of our daily practice, we collect the following consents from users of our website and from our customers:

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?
Data protection law gives you a number of rights that you can exercise at any time. Unless you abuse these rights (e.g. unjustified daily requests for information), the use of these rights will be free of charge for you and should be easy to implement.

a) The right to access your personal data

b) Right to rectification

d) Right to erasure

Remember that we will not be able to do so if we are obliged to process your data on the basis of legal provisions (e.g. transaction documents for tax purposes, warranty obligation, obligation to ensure accountability of our activities). In any case, however, we will delete your personal data to the fullest extent possible and, where this is not possible, we will ensure its pseudonymisation (which means that it is not possible to identify the data subject without an appropriate linkage key), so that your data, which we must retain in accordance with applicable law, will only be accessible to a very limited circle of people in our organization.
e) Right to data portability to another data controller
You can ask us to export the data you have provided to us in the course of all our contacts and cooperation to a separate file for further transmission to another data controller.
f) Right to make a complaint with the supervisory authority
